Deposits made through unsupported blockchain networks or involving unlisted tokens cannot be credited automatically to your account.
If you would like to request asset recovery, please contact our 24/7 online customer support and provide the following information:
- Token name
- Blockchain network
- Transaction hash (TxID / Hash)
Hotcoin will assess whether the assets can be recovered based on the specific circumstances.
Recovery Fee
A recovery fee of 50 USDT will be charged if the assets are successfully recovered.
If the assets cannot be recovered, no fee will be charged.
