Why Hasn’t My Deposit Arrived?
If your deposit hasn’t been credited to your Hotcoin account, here are the most common reasons and what you can do next.
1. Network delay or insufficient confirmations
-
Deposits require a certain number of block confirmations before they appear in your account.
-
You can track the confirmation status using a blockchain explorer.
-
During high traffic periods, the network may be congested—please wait patiently. Funds will be credited automatically once confirmed.
2. Incorrect or missing deposit details
-
Double-check that you entered the correct deposit address, network, and tag/memo (if required).
-
If a tag/memo was missed or entered incorrectly, your deposit may not be credited automatically.
-
Please contact Hotcoin Support and provide your TXID and other details.
3. Deposits made via an unsupported network
-
Ensure you select a supported network when depositing. For example, depositing TRC20 USDT to an ERC20 address may result in the loss of your funds.
-
If you've deposited via an unsupported network, please reach out to Support with full details:
-
Token name
-
Deposit network
-
Amount
-
TXID
4. Deposit not showing on the blockchain
-
If the transaction is marked as "failed" or does not appear on the blockchain, please contact the sending platform first.
-
Hotcoin can only process deposits that are successfully recorded on-chain.
5. Internal transfer not received
-
Transfers between Hotcoin accounts are usually credited instantly.
-
If it’s delayed, contact Support and provide both UIDs and the TXID or transaction screenshot.
6. Deposit amount below the minimum
-
Each token has a minimum deposit amount.
-
If you send less than the required minimum, the deposit may not be credited or recovered.
